Inspired by the matriarchal nomadic Tuareg of Northern Africa, and the talismanic amulets and protective charms they carry. The leather “kankaro” holds a hand etched inspirational message and a place for the wearer to secret other personal momentos or charms. Each amulet is accented by hand etched charms and rough-cut white diamond beads.

Silver smithing is believed to imbue the piece with power to protect ones physical self and personal power, and allows the philosophical exchange of ideas and humanity.
